Why do many companies provide the convenience of on-site flu shots?

Flu shots are the easiest way to promote employee health and wellness in the workplace. Convenience and cost are the two most important consideration when offering an on-site flu vaccination program to your employees.

The challenge is to get a higher percentage to participate. The typical participation rate ranges from 25% to 30% of the employee population assuming the company pays the cost for the flu shots. Participations rates are greatly affected by any type of employee cost-sharing.

Employer Subsidized: 15% to 20% estimated average
